1. The STS store provides the products offered for sale according to the guarantees provided by the factories or authorized distributors, and the responsibility of the store in terms of warranty is limited to providing the information of the warranty provider, terms and duration of the warranty and maintenance centers to the customer upon request.

2. The customer has the right to request maintenance from the STS store, if the store is the guarantor and agent for these products, and the STS store has the right to decide the possibility of deciding to perform maintenance for the products or replace them with alternative products of the same category

3. In all cases, the warranty includes manufacturing defects only and excludes all damages caused to the product as a result of misuse

4. Delivery Service (Maintenance Centers) We can provide the service of delivering the required products from our store (after looking at the image of the order and reviewing the barcode of the product, if any) and delivering it to the maintenance centers of the warranty service provider, and receiving it from him after maintenance on behalf of the customer, and the customer receives and delivers the product Required maintenance in the store branch in Riyadh

5. The service of receiving the product required to be serviced from the customer is also available in all cities of the Kingdom through shipping companies and deliver it to the customer after maintenance according to shipping fees (paid by the customer).
