How to use:
For cold preparation: Place the gel pad in the refrigerator or freezer for at least two hours before use. Then, insert the gel pad into the included cap or a clean towel when applied to the skin and set for 20 minutes.
For hot preparation: Boil the water and bring it to a boil, then immerse the gel pad in boiling water for 60 seconds or put it in the microwave flat at 640W and knead it to distribute the heat. Then put it in the attached lid.
The pillow is safe and non-toxic, and the pillow can be washed by hand with a gentle detergent.
