Return and exchange policy

Return and exchange policy:

1. The customer must inform the store of the return request and his unwillingness to request the request before he leaves for shipment and is received by the carrier. Otherwise, the customer bears the return shipping price for 23 riyals in Riyadh and 32.2 riyals for the rest of the cities of the Kingdom.

2. The possibility of submitting a return request for free when visiting our store in King Abdulaziz Street - Sulaymaniyah - Riyadh

3. The product must be in the same original condition that you received it, and unused or damaged.

4. Free gifts are non-refundable and cannot be claimed.

5. Any product that has been consumed or used will not be returned.

6. Requests may be returned within 3 days only from the date of purchase.

7. The amount will be refunded to the customer for the returned product(s) only after receiving the products in their original condition, by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the returned products in our warehouse.

Conditions that must be met to accept replacement requests:-

1. The customer must inform the store of the replacement request before leaving for shipment and receiving it by the carrier. Otherwise, the customer bears the replacement shipping price for the original order for 23 riyals in Riyadh and 32.2 riyals for the rest of the cities of the Kingdom. The shipping price for the second order is based on the details of the new order and the store policy applies to it For shipping the replaced product or products (free shipping above 100 riyals inside Riyadh and 299 outside Riyadh)

2. The possibility of submitting a return request for free when visiting our store in King Abdul Aziz Street - Sulaymaniyah - Riyadh

3. The product must be unused or damaged and must be in the same original condition in which you received it

4. Free gifts cannot be exchanged or claimed

5. You cannot replace any product that has been consumed or has been used

6. Exchange requests are accepted only within 7 days from the date of purchase

2. Products that may not be broken, or products related to hygiene, sterilizers, masks, or hygiene and personal protection products of all kinds, in order to preserve public health.

2 - After reviewing the order and considering the possibility of return or exchange, the customer service team of the store will contact you.
